Designing movement with purpose — motion intros that elevate storytelling and create identity.
I created a series of motion graphics projects designed to enhance video storytelling, improve viewer retention, and establish visual identity across different platforms. These animations served various purposes: branded intros, explainer video assets, podcast bumpers, and educational content for both BEworks and client-facing work. Each animation was thought, designed, edited, and animated by me, with close attention to tone, pacing, and brand alignment.
The Challenge
Each series needed to communicate something different—trust, curiosity, playfulness, expertise—but all had to feel intentional and aligned with the subject matter. My goal was to develop a modular motion system: one that could scale across formats and channels while maintaining clarity, energy, and visual consistency.
Outcome
Reflection
Motion design isn’t just about making things move — it’s about directing attention, guiding emotion, and framing meaning. These projects gave me a platform to apply behavioural principles in fast-paced, high-impact formats, turning passive intros into purposeful signals.
